The Growth Operations Specialist has a versatile role within FELFEL’s Growth Team. In this position, you support other team members’ activities and manage your own projects. You are involved in a wide range of activities, you make sure they run smoothly and that success is tracked.
The Growth Operations Specialist “sparks joy” within the team, loves to learn new things and is excited about being involved in many different topics. This is a perfect position for someone with a “can do attitude” that is willing to learn about Growth Marketing/Growth Hacking.
Organize unforgettable events
Concept development & evaluation: message, activities, opportunities, risks, budget, and return of each event.
Organize the adequate resources to execute the event itself or activities related to the event (e.g. promotion, communication, etc.)
Execution: make it happen and ensure it runs smoothly for everyone involved.
Ownership of lead generation activities before, during and after the event, as well as ensuring all leads generated are recorded in the system properly.
Develop new and exciting Growth Hacks with other team members to generate new leads.
Execute all activities related to those hacks (e.g. e-mailing, mailings, landing page creation, etc.)
Make FELFEL #1 on Google and Social Networks
Contribute to the completion and quality of the data entered in the CRM, create entries when needed.
Updates the website, create new pages and blog posts.
Generate ideas and contribute to Social Media & community management, respond to messages received on Social Media outlets.
Work on exciting project and track results
Participate in and/or manage exciting projects such as video/photo shootings, public relations activities, etc.
Helps the Team Lead keep an overview of activities by updating project management tools.
Analytics: Supports the Team Lead and Data Analyst in putting together comprehensive reports, find numbers, update files, etc.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have a “can do” attitude, you love learning new things and tackle challenges.
You are tech-savvy and creative, you can use a content management system, edit pictures, create posts on Social Networks, or write creative emails.
You have good organizational skills, enjoy working in a team and connect with new people.
You write German perfectly and can work in English. French and Italian a plus.
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing and/or Communications is a plus.
You love food and can look forward to cooking with your colleagues.
