Your tasks

• Organisational and administrative relief for the hotel manager
• Co-organisation of the day-to-day operations
• Collaboration at the front office
• Internal and external correspondence
• Marketing: Social media and website support
• Complaint management
• Quality management

Your profile

• You attend a Swiss hotel management school and have initial experience in the front office area
• You are a winning, communicative, open and warm personality. You are reliable in dealing with guests and have the ability to respond empathetically to different cultures and needs, as well as to live and pass on the company philosophy. You are also confident in dealing with pressure, hectic and demanding situations.
• You have good knowledge of various IT software packages (preferably MS-Office, Hogatex, Hotel-Spider, Simple Booking, Resmio, Revinate etc.).
• Good oral language skills in D, E and F round off your profile
