Wirzhaus AG - Restaurant Mill'Feuille

The Mill'Feuille is a restaurant owned by Wirzhaus AG and is located in Lucerne's old town on Mühlenplatz. With a winter garden and a terrace directly on the Reuss, it has 80 seats inside and 120 outside. Guests are catered for seven days a week from early to late. "Mill'Feuille" = 1,000 leaves, stands for great diversity: a restaurant, a bar, a café, a meeting place. It offers a large selection of newspapers, serves breakfast daily until 12 noon and on weekends until 6 pm, cooks five courses in the evening, has homemade sodas & cakes, cultivates coffee culture, is suitable for couples, lonely souls, groups, private or business.

Service Trainee 100% (m/d/w)

Your tasks:

- Guest service at the tables with a dedicated station as well as directly at the bar

- Compliance with service standards & hygiene regulations

- Preparation of alcoholic beverages & coffee and serving of wine & beer

- You are looking for an internship as part of your training at a Swiss hotel management school
