The Ziegelhütte is located on the edge of the forest above Zurich-Schwamendingen and is a charming and popular country pub with a large beer garden, various very beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and its own vegetable garden. We are known for our exceptional banquets and events and offer excellent handcrafted cuisine based on regional and seasonal products.

We offer a 6 month service internship (70-100%)

You can gain experience in a variety of areas, from à la carte service in our restaurant to smaller and larger banquets and various events in Zurich's most beautiful beer garden. During your internship, you will also have the opportunity to gain insight into F&B management, look over the shoulder of the banquet coordinator or assist the event manager.
