The Ziegelhütte is located on the edge of the forest above Zurich-Schwamendingen and is a charming and popular country pub with a large beer garden, various very beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and its own vegetable garden. We are known for our exceptional banquets and events and offer excellent handcrafted cuisine based on regional and seasonal products.

We offer a Junior Chef de Service Internship (80-100%) for 6-8 months.

With us, you can gain experience in a wide variety of areas. In the à la carte restaurant, you will be responsible for the daily accounts and the closing work, you will manage smaller banquets and be the right hand of our event manager for large banquets and events in Zurich's most beautiful beer garden. During your internship, you will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the F&B and sales departments.
