Welcome to the Wellness Hotel Stoos - high above Lake Lucerne in the car-free natural paradise of Stoos. With our guiding principle "ja gärn", together we ensure enthusiastic and relaxed guests. Cordiality in dealing with our guests and with each other in the team is what distinguishes us.
Our privately run hotel, which is open all year round, has 78 rooms, a restaurant with 90 outdoor and 140 indoor seats, a fireplace bar and an 1100 m2
large wellness & spa area. You can reach the personal 4-star wellness oasis comfortably in just ten minutes by taking the steepest funicular in the world or the aerial cableway. The business also includes the Fronalpstock summit restaurant, the Welesch mountain restaurant, the Stoos Lodge, which will be newly opened in December 2022, and the FloraAlpina lakeside and seminar hotel in Vitznau.

We are looking for

Kitchens - Intern (f/m/d)

Your tasks
- Independent and flexible work on all posts
- Preparation of the daily mise en place
- Production and manufacturing of cold and hot dishes
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Your profile
- In training at a Swiss hotel management school
- Creative skills and lived joy in the profession
- Clean and quality conscious way of working
- Good knowledge of German, other languages an advantage
