Management internship Chef de Service (a) for hotel management students
This is what there is to do
- Host function: welcoming, looking after and saying goodbye to the guests
- Leading the service and kitchen staff on the ship
- Daily consultations with the management team and with the nautical crew on board
- Responsibility for the execution of daily accounts, internal orders and stock management
- Consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
What we want from you
- You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
- You speak German; any other foreign language is welcome
- You have a high quality mindset and lead your team with a lot of passion
- You take great pleasure in a varied daily routine
