Management internship Chef de Service (a) for hotel management students

This is what there is to do

• Host function: welcoming, looking after and saying goodbye to the guests
• Leading the service and kitchen staff on the ship
• Daily consultations with the management team and with the nautical crew on board
• Responsibility for the execution of daily accounts, internal orders and stock management
• Consistent implementation of the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)

What we want from you

• You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school
• You speak German; any other foreign language is welcome
• You have a high quality mindset and lead your team with a lot of passion
