You can reach us comfortably from the valley in ten minutes by the steepest funicular in the world. We will cover the costs of the mountain railway shuttle and, if you wish, we can organise affordable accommodation for you on Stoos. Your tasks:

• Cooperation in all operational tasks of personnel administration (employment contracts, references, etc.),
  permits, etc.)
• Active support in the recruitment process
• Organisation and handling of the complete recruitment and separation process of employees
• Maintenance of personnel dossiers and management of data with the Mirus HR 3.0 programme
• Collaboration in payroll accounting including control of time recording for all departments
• Independent implementation of HR projects (process optimisations, personnel development, etc.)

Your profile:

• Student of a Swiss hotel management school or
• KV degree with further training in human resources
• Professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage
• Accurate, reliable and discreet way of working
• Stylish expression in German and good knowledge of English
• Experienced PC user skills, Mirus HR 3.0 an advantage
