What you can learn and apply with us:
- Looking after our international guests

- Smooth check-in / check-out

- Reservation handling incl. creation of offers and confirmations

- General e-mail correspondence

- Operating the switchboard

- Running the in-house postal agency

What you bring
- Compulsory internship as part of your education at a Swiss hotel management school

- Enthusiasm to put what you have learned into practice

- A communicative, open, team-oriented and outgoing nature

- Flexibility, resilience and creative approaches to new situations

- A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners

- Very good knowledge of Office software and willingness to learn new systems

- Very good knowledge of German and English, any other foreign language is a plus
