The Swiss Youth Hostels Association network consists of 42 own and 7 franchise establishments, ranging from the romantic
castle to the urban design business to the wellness hostel. The non-profit organisation with nearly 70,000
members achieves around 750,000 overnight stays annually. The focus is on quality-conscious, sustainable and affordable accommodation.

Your tasks
- Support of the marketing team in the operative day-to-day business
- Support with the maintenance of all online booking platforms
- Updating, optimising, researching and adding content for website, newsletter, social media, app and blog
- Create landing pages
- Collaboration in content creation for all channels
- Co-design of guest and member offers
- Accompaniment, preparation and follow-up of trade fairs as well as presence
- Assistance with the development of POS products and materials
- Receipt and processing of reservations
- Processing and creation of memberships
Your profile
- You are ideally studying at a hotel management or tourism college or have recently graduated
- You would like to develop further in the direction of Sales & Marketing and have possibly already gained some initial experience
- You have excellent oral and written German skills and good oral French and German skills.
English language skills.
- You have a flair for creating appealing texts and are articulate
- You are enthusiastic about the development of image and video content
- You bring a lot of initiative, are creative and like to learn new activities quickly
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland for your work
