For this interesting and lively company we are looking for flexible, resilient and organisationally strong personalities as Operations Assistant 100% (f/m) for a management internship from April 2023.

Your core tasks:

• Guest reception and care
• Assistance with the management and training of the service employees
• Assistance with the training of apprentices
• Active collaboration in à la carte, banquet and terrace service
• Sale, meeting, organisation and realisation of events of any kind
• Preparation of daily accounts, independent keeping of the cash book
• Create the daily schedules with the help of MIRUS Staff Scheduling
• Ordering, control and stock keeping, stocktaking
• Closing responsibility, including receiving waiter's bills and closing the restaurant
• Representation of the Managing Director

Your profile:

• completed training in service or graduate of a Swiss hotel management school in the cadre semester
• Already gained first leadership experience
• Certified vocational trainer
• Good oral and written German and French skills
• strong communication skills, quality-conscious and team-oriented
