Trainee* Restauration and F&B

Your area of responsibility

• Sophisticated à la carte service and evening service at Pilatus Kulm
• Work in the self-service restaurant Bellevue, at the Steinbock Bar and at the panorama grill with collection
• Support in seminar and banquet service
• Preparation of daily accounts
• Joint responsibility for restaurant hygiene
• Two to three times a week late service (incl. overnight stay on the mountain)

What you bring with you

• Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Enthusiasm to provide our guests with a mountain experience with a heartbeat guarantee
• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
• First experience in the F&B area an advantage
• Quick comprehension and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility
