The four-star superior Parkhotel Margna is a historic house with a young soul that shines in new splendour after a five-year construction project. The stylish and uncomplicated hotel offers everything sports enthusiasts and bon vivants need to relax. The former patrician house from 1817 has 59 rooms and suites full of character, three restaurants, a gourmet cellar and a spa with a view of the Engadine mountains. It is located in the light-flooded plain between the lakes of Sils and Silvaplana, on the route of the Engadin Skimarathon and close to winter hiking trails and ski areas.
The culinary offer of the three restaurants focuses on the use of seasonal and market-fresh ingredients. In the Restorant dal Parc, our guests enjoy Mediterranean and classic dishes. Typical Engadine and Valtellina specialities are prepared in the Stüva 1817 and the Enoteca & Osteria Murütsch stands for Italian wine and food culture.
The hotel also has a golf practice course with four holes and its own sand tennis court. Two rooms with modern seminar equipment are available for conferences.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to work in the main kitchen of the Restorant dal Parc (à la carte half board) and the two à la carte restaurants (Stüva and Osteria & Enoteca Murütsch). You will also be employed in the breakfast area for the preparation of egg dishes.
