- Creation of advertisements, management and updating
- Conducting correspondence in German, English and French including offers and refusals
- Issuing the work, board and lodging contracts
- Allocation and organisation of staff accommodation
- Submission of permit applications and control of residence permits
- Drawing up the employer's references in accordance with the submission and instructions of the heads of department

- Close cooperation with the payroll department in Interlaken
- Personal contact and support for employees

- Very good language skills in German and English (mandatory), other languages an advantage
- Well groomed appearance and good manners
