Their activities include in particular:
- The hospitality department includes catering, cleaning and technical services. You work directly with the Head of Hospitality and the respective department heads.
- You are responsible for the organisation of all events, be it parent meetings, Christmas or spring balls, cultural events and many more
- Weekly menu planning with the Head of Gastronomy
- You support the heads of department in various organisational tasks of the department (manuals, checklists, planning of work during school holidays, training courses).
- Insight and active participation in the areas of occupational safety (safety officer level), fire protection and all safety-relevant aspects of the company
We expect:
- You are a student at a Swiss hotel management school, FM college or similar
- You are mobile, reliable and flexible
- You work independently and think in a networked way
- Good manners are a matter of course for you
- Enjoying working with children and young people from all over the world
- Good written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory
