• Responsible for organisation, management and filing of reservation correspondence
• Ensure optimal cooperation and communication with all other departments
• Collaboration and implementation of dynamic pricing, packages and offer pricing
• Ensuring and guaranteeing a controlled and correct procedure in the entire room area of the house.
• Processing, implementation and all orders, enquiries and offers in connection with Relais & Chateaux
• Assistance at the reception desk at check-in and check-out times, as well as change of address
