You are in the service semester of the hotel management school, with heart and good energies with the guests and would like to expand and consolidate your skills in service?

As a small team of hosts, we are looking for you as HF Service Trainee (f/m) by arrangement from the end of May until the end of October 2023

Your tasks

• Be a host and all-rounder
• Individual care of our guests on the terrace, in the restaurant or at the bar
• Active selling of our offers, wine recommendations and wine service
• MEP, prepare and follow up the restaurant / terrace
• Compliance with service standards, house policies and HACCP guidelines

Your competences and strengths

• Enrolled in hotel management school or similar.
• Noticeable interest in the professional field of gastronomy & hotel business
• Friendly and upbeat charisma
• Pleasure in contact with guests
• High commitment and reliability
• Good knowledge of German
