As a small team of hosts, we are looking for you as a management trainee by arrangement from the end of May to the end of October.

Your tasks

• Be a host and all-rounder
• Administrative work such as accounting, HR, marketing, front office, F&B management, innovation, also depending on your strengths
• Operational work: "Break peaks and tackle where it needs you".

Your competences and strengths

• Enrolled in a hotel management school or similar.
• Clear interest and goals in the hotel industry
• Experience with Protel
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Practice with Microsoft Office programmes
• Ready to tackle not only administrative but also operational issues
• High commitment, resilience
• Good written and spoken German
• English skills
