Your sphere of action & your strengths

• You are jointly responsible for the management of our reception team as well as for ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal staff planning.
• You are the right hand of the Front Office Manager and support her in administrative and operational matters.
• You are co-responsible for staff planning according to budget specifications incl. hourly control in the Mirus system.
• You are responsible for ordering.
• They are involved in creative collaboration and support in the implementation of projects.
• You work with the following systems: PMS Protel, internal communication tool Hotelkit, housekeeping tool Hotelkit, staff planning Mirus, table reservation system Lunchgate / foratable, wellness reservation system Belbo, digital guest folder SuitePad, sales software Re:Guest.
