Our trendy first-class hotel has 56 stylish guest rooms and suites, a Gault Millau 14-point rated restaurant with bar and unique terrace overlooking the Reuss river, as well as individual seminar and banquet facilities.
For this purpose, we are looking for a motivated host personality as a service intern from April/May 2023 or by arrangement for 5 to 6 months.
Your tasks:
- Running your own à la carte station in the restaurant and on the terrace
- Active selling of food accompanied with wine recommendations
- Preparing the mise en place and organising your own service station
- Carrying out own accounting, collection
Because you are also communicative and articulate (very good German, good English skills), you enjoy dealing with people and inspire you to exceed our guests' expectations whenever possible. You have a pronounced flair for looking after guests, are able to work under pressure, and bring flexibility and team spirit with you.
