Field of activity

• Proper storage of food
• Order and cleanliness in the Economat and the Frigor
• Correct processing of goods according to the instructions of the head of post or the Commis de Cuisine
• Cleaning work in compliance with the hygiene concept HACCP
• Assistance with the production of the entire Mise en Place item
• Helping with set-up and dismantling as well as looking after buffets
• Assistance with the production of staff meals
• Ensuring the flow of information

Job requirement
You have

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry and a completed, sound education would be an advantage
• a pronounced awareness of quality and a high degree of willingness to provide services
• a self-reliant and independent way of working
• fluent German
• a well-groomed appearance

• Student at a Swiss hotel management school
