Field of activity

• excellent personal and professional care for the guests
• Correct serving of drinks and food
• Leading and sharing the responsibility of your own service station with supervision
• Management of an own cash register including accounting
• Ensure and maintain standards and service rules
• Handle complaints according to the complaints policy - always with the involvement of an expert
• Pass on feedback from guests to superiors
• Compliance with the work procedures according to the manual
• Preparing the mise en place work in the specified time period

Job requirement
You have

• Fun in contact with guests
• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry and a completed, sound education would be an advantage
• a pronounced awareness of quality and a high degree of willingness to provide services
• a self-reliant and independent way of working
• Fluent German, good to very good English and French skills
• a well-groomed appearance
  MS Office knowledge
