YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS 

• Ensure organisation and control of operational processes
• Scheduling shifts and leading the team during day-to-day operations
• Quality assurance, ordering and optimal presentation of the restaurant as well as cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
• Looking after our guests and dealing with their concerns in a cordial, solution- and company-oriented manner
• Managing Director: actively support in administrative, personnel and business management matters
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, the internal control system and Hiltl standards

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Initial training with management positions in the hospitality industry or a degree in Swiss hotel management school an advantage
• Frontline and leadership experience
• Additional further training in gastronomy (such as barista/cocktail courses etc.) is an advantage
• Impeccable oral and written German, as well as solid English skills
• Very flexible in the working hours (early and late shifts without room hour)
• Open to constant improvement and own initiative
