To support our kitchen team, we are looking for you for a 6-month internship in the kitchen in the period from April - October 2023.
Your tasks
- You successfully put the knowledge you have learned at the hotel management school into practice
- Assistance at all posts according to instructions from superiors
- Varied assignments in the à la carte, seminar and banquet areas
- Carry out general work processes professionally
- Correct and professional handling of the food, equipment and machines provided
- Compliance with internal quality standards, hygiene regulations according to HACCP, food law and food regulations as well as safety regulations
- Participation in the daily team meeting
Your profile
- Enrolled at a Swiss hotel management school
- You are motivated to get to know the variety in everyday work and the versatility in the different areas of the kitchen
- Inquisitive and open to new ideas
- Flexible team player with initiative and sensible prioritisation of activities
- Empathic appearance and well-groomed appearance
