Your service internship in the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY

Your experience:

You have just finished the service semester at your hotel management school and are now looking for the right internship? Whether summer or winter internship - we welcome you all year round! We are aware that your service experience may not be great yet, but that's what we are here for. You already have a little more experience? Tell us about it during an introductory meeting - we will place your internship where it makes individual sense and meets the internship guidelines.

Your tasks:

From breakfast to lunch to dinner service: your internship with us is not only educational, but also diverse. This includes:

- Set-up and supervision of the breakfast buffet

- Preparation tasks breakfast/lunch service/evening service/terrace service (mise en place)

- Looking after our guests at breakfast/lunch service/evening service/terrace service

(Once you have learned the basics, you take over your own station).

- Half board and a la carte service

- Food, beverage and wine service

- Bar service

- Banquet service

- Seminar preparation and supervision

Who we are and what we offer you:

The BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY is based in beautiful Scuol in the Lower Engadine. This includes the 4*Superior Hotel Belvédère, the 3*Superior Badehotel Belvair (incl. the Thai speciality restaurant "Nam Thai") and the 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (incl. gourmet restaurant with the philosophy "Art culinarica alpina"). The 4* business hotel Münchwilen in the canton of Thurgau is also part of this. In the future, the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY will be complemented by the Chasa Plavna in Scuol and the Hotel Flaz in Pontresina. Certified as a TOP training company, we know how to train junior staff.
