What you can expect at our versatile reception:

- Independent management of all shifts (early & late & night shifts)

- Check In & Out of hotel guests (Protel)

- Reservations (room sales with Yield-Planet programme) including all administrative tasks

- Rooming of the guests on arrival with brewery history

- Luggage Service & Valet Parking

- Operation of the switchboard including all concierge activities

- Preparation of cash registers, daily and monthly financial statements

- Support at peak times also gladly across departments

 

What you bring:

- Enthusiasm & host personality with passion, who amazes our guests with little things and makes their stay unforgettable

- Perseverance & flexibility to not lose creativity and patience even in turbulent times

- "fast" trainers and your own dark blue jeans

- Good language skills in German and English, knowledge of French an advantage

- Driving licence (valet parking)
